Spring Studios is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with outstanding craft, refined taste and a deep understanding of the visual language of fashion, beauty and luxury. This is an opportunity to help shape the next chapter of design within a leading global creative agency, elevating the creative output of both luxury and mass-market brands.
As Spring's senior graphic design specialist, you'll work alongside the Creative Director and Senior Creative Team to define the quality, consistency and ambition of graphic design across the agency. You'll lead design across branding, digital, print, packaging, web and campaign projects, bringing a contemporary perspective and a strong point of view to every brief.
We're looking for someone who can work autonomously and confidently lead the design direction of projects. You won't be waiting for someone to tell you what to do—you'll proactively identify opportunities, challenge ideas, contribute strategic thinking and drive the quality of the work forward. Alongside exceptional craft and attention to detail, you'll become the creative team's go-to expert for graphic design, helping shape the future of the discipline as Spring continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Leadership
Lead graphic design across client projects from concept through to final delivery, ensuring every output demonstrates exceptional craft, contemporary thinking and meticulous attention to detail.
Brand, Digital & Print Design
Lead the design of best-in-class work across branding, visual identity systems, websites, packaging, print collateral, editorial, campaign assets, presentations, social content, email design and wider digital experiences, ensuring consistency and quality across every touchpoint.
? Creative Direction & Elevation
Bring a refined design perspective that elevates both luxury and mass-market brands. Champion typography, layout, composition, visual systems and design thinking that feels contemporary, culturally relevant and commercially effective.
Creative Ownership
Take ownership of the design direction across multiple projects,
confidently making creative decisions from concept through to delivery. Bring opinions, references and solutions to every brief, driving projects forward independently while balancing strategic objectives, client needs and creative ambition.
?? Brand Systems & Visual Identity
Lead the development of visual identities, brand guidelines and scalable design systems that flex seamlessly across digital, print, packaging and physical experiences.
? Presentation & Storytelling
Design visually compelling presentations, pitch decks and communication materials that clearly articulate creative ideas with confidence and impact.
Creative Partnership
Work closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Copywriters, Strategists, Motion Designers, Account Managers and Production teams as a trusted creative partner. Confidently contribute to creative conversations, influence design decisions and help strengthen the overall creative outcome.
Mentorship & Standards
Support and mentor more junior creatives by providing constructive feedback and sharing knowledge. Champion high standards of design craft across the agency and help raise the quality of work through your expertise and attention to detail.
Innovation & Inspiration
Stay connected to developments across design, fashion, beauty, luxury and wider visual culture. Bring fresh references, emerging trends and new ways of thinking into the agency, helping shape Spring's creative evolution.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, working efficiently within fast-paced timelines while maintaining exceptional quality, organisation and attention to detail.
Essential Experience & Skills
Minimum 5 years' experience
working within a fast-paced creative agency,
with a proven track record of leading graphic design across large, multi-channel projects.
An exceptional portfolio demonstrating a
contemporary design aesthetic
and a sophisticated understanding of the visual language of
fashion, beauty and luxury
.
Extensive experience across
branding, visual identity, print, packaging, web and digital design
.
Demonstrated ability to
lead projects independently
, making confident creative decisions and driving work forward with minimal direction.
Exceptional typography, layout, composition and visual systems skills, with an obsessive attention to detail.
Strong understanding of both conceptual thinking and flawless execution.
Advanced proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite
and
Figma
.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to articulate creative rationale to both colleagues and clients.
Experience working collaboratively within multidisciplinary creative teams.
