What Youll Be Doing:

- Delivering exceptional customer support to clients in German
- Engaging with users through various platforms and solving issues with precision and empathy
- Working closely with our international team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Handling tasks in a dynamic, multi-lingual environment with opportunities to develop new skills

What Youll Need to Succeed:

- C2-level proficiency in German
- B2-level proficiency in English
- A passion for delivering top-notch customer service
- A strong desire to grow and develop your career in a multinational environment
- Previous experience in customer service (preferred, but not required)

Relocation Details:

We welcomes candidates relocating with their partners and/or children . While relocation support is only available for the candidate, we offer assistance in finding accommodation at discounted rates through our real estate partners.

- Flight ticket reimbursement up to 200 will be provided after 6 months (for the candidate only).
- Please note that any additional hotel or flight costs for family members are not covered .
