- Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat in Italian

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service
- Stay positive, professional, and empathetic in every interaction

What You Bring:

- C1/C2 proficiency in Italian (spoken and written)
- B2 level of English
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory we provide training!
