/p pWe are seeking a DVS CTO to lead the technology strategy, architecture, and execution of our Digital Video Services (DVS) portfolio, including Accenture Video Solution (AVS) and Accenture Multimedia Advertising Platform (AMAP).
The role will drive product innovation, scalability, and alignment with client and market needs across telco, media, broadcasting, and streaming clients.
/p h3You Are: /h3 pYou will join Accenture's Digital Video Services team, focused on building and scaling product platforms for video, advertising, and data monetization across communications, media, and streaming clients.
The team works at the intersection of strategy, product, engineering, and client delivery to create market-relevant, cloud-native, and AI-enabled platforms.
/p h3The Work: /h3 ul lipDefine and drive the technology vision and roadmap for DVS platforms (AVS, AMAP) /p /li lipLead architecture and engineering across cloud-native, data, and AI-driven solutions /p /li lipPartner with sales and product teams to translate client needs into scalable solutions /p /li lipEnsure platform reliability, performance, and security at scale /p /li lipDrive innovation in video, advertising, and data monetization ecosystems /p /li lipLead and mentor global engineering teams /p /li /ul pTravel may be required for this role based on business needs, client engagement requirements, and leadership responsibilities across distributed teams.
/p pCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, level, seniority, responsibility, skillset,
and level of experience.
For this position, the job level is Dirigente under the Metalmeccanico C011 National Collective Bargaining Agreement.
The gross annual salary range is between ******€ and *******€.
/p h3Here's What You Need: /h3 ul lipStrong experience in product and platform engineering leadership, ideally in media, telco, broadcasting, or streaming environments /p /li lipDeep expertise in cloud-native architectures, microservices, data platforms, and AI/ML-enabled solutions /p /li lipProven track record in scaling complex platforms and leading distributed global engineering teams /p /li lipStrong stakeholder management and client-facing capabilities, with the ability to translate market and client needs into scalable technology roadmaps /p /li lipExperience with video platforms, broadcast workflows, content delivery, or advertising technology ecosystems /p /li lipUnderstanding of broadcasting needs such as reliability, latency, quality of service, and large-scale content operations is a strong advantage /p /li /ul h3Bonus Points If: /h3 ul lipExperience with OTT, video delivery, or ad monetization platforms /p /li lipKnowledge of ecosystem partners and emerging technologies in media tech /p /li lipAbility to operate across strategy, architecture, and delivery /p /li /ul h3About Accenture /h3 pAccenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world's leading businesses,
