The Head Sommelier at Aman Rosa Alpina leads the wine program across all Food & Beverage outlets, private dining and guest events, reporting to the Director of F&B.;
This role combines technical wine expertise with warm hospitality to deliver memorable experiences while maintaining profitability and service standards.
