We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide onsite end-user, office infrastructure,asset management, and project-based support.
The role involves troubleshooting, devicelifecycle management, office IT infrastructure support, inventory management, andcoordination with remote technical teams and third-party vendors.Key Responsibilities:End-User SupportProvide onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripheralsProvision, deploy, replace, and decommission IT equipment.Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and user-related issues.Coordinate escalations with Level 2 support teams.Office Infrastructure SupportSupport office IT services including network connectivity, printing, voice, AV, andworkplace technologies.Install, maintain, and troubleshoot switches, routers, access points, and relatedAssist with smart office solutions, digital signage,



and conference room technologies.Coordinate with vendors and support scheduled maintenance activities.Asset ManagementReceive, register, label, image, deploy, track, and maintain IT assets.Conduct inventory audits and maintain accurate asset records.Coordinate warranty repairs, device redeployment, disposal, and stock management.Ensure compliance with asset management policies and audit requirements.Project & Site SupportSupport office moves, hardware refreshes, equipment relocations, and infrastructureprojects.Assist with business events, demonstrations, and technology deployments.Provide remote hands support and escort third-party vendors when required.Required SkillsExperience supporting Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile devices, printers, and office IT infrastructure.Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, access points).
