In this role you will drive the development of data center cooling products, focusing on chillers and chilled water systems.
You will work within the Thermal Management design team in R&D; to deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions for global customers.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance market needs with performance and quality targets, and you may travel as needed.

variable compensation where applicable Manage development of new R&D; data center cooling products from concept to release Lead design efforts for new or re-engineered products, coordinating with Marketing, Procurement and Industrial Engineering Review and approve product documentation including CAD drawings, specifications, and BOMs Deliver fast NPDI responses based on proven platforms Ensure projects meet cost, quality, environmental,



and time objectives Analyze and resolve technical issues within assigned products Coordinate with global divisions as needed (mostly North America and China) Apply knowledge of HVAC, thermodynamics, and refrigeration to design decisions Bachelor in Mechanical/Energy Engineering (or equivalent) Experience in HVAC/chiller projects or related HVAC work Strong knowledge of thermodynamics and refrigeration principles English: Intermediate (written and spoken) Motivation with leadership abilities Knowledge of technical norms and standards Result-oriented, team player, detail-oriented, flexible
