As CRM Data Scientist, you will analyze large and varied data to build models that improve understanding of customers and business performance.
You will design data pipelines, apply ML and statistics, and provide actionable insights to guide marketing actions.
You'll manage ad hoc analytics projects that test hypotheses and assess the value of relationship marketing activities across segments.
You'll communicate results to stakeholders and push for data-driven decisions that align with sustainability and organizational goals.




Design and run quantitative analyses translating into actionable customer marketing insights Understand acquisition/engagement funnels to inform strategies Develop new knowledge from data analyses to inform decisions Present findings effectively to internal stakeholders Leverage insights and models for various business needs Pre-process data structures to fit analysis objectives Apply machine learning (CLTV/Propensity) and statistics for solutions Conduct hypothesis testing to develop analysis prototypes Stay updated on new data analysis tools and techniques Promote digital technologies within the function and collaborate with stakeholders Encourage learning and innovation in data roles and processes Support sustainable development practices in business relationships and processes Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a STEM field Python and SQL basic knowledge of data visualization tools As CRM Data Scientist, you will analyze large and varied data to build models that improve understanding of customers and business performan... #J-*****-Ljbffr
