Tik Tok Shop - Home and Living Key Account Manager
Tik Tok Shop seeks an entrepreneurial Key Account Manager to win and grow premier Home and Living brands across Italy and the EU.
You will lead acquisition of strategic partners and personally own their growth, from onboarding to multi-country scaling.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate time-to-first-sale and turn partnerships into sustained GMV growth.
This role offers meaningful impact by shaping how brands connect with creators and shoppers on Tik Tok Shop across Europe.
Own priority Home and Living acquisition pipelines in IT and selected EU markets; identify, pitch, and sign strategic accounts Lead end-to-end closings from initial outreach to onboarding and 90-day activation Engage C-suite and senior stakeholders to position Tik Tok Shop as a must-win channel Navigate multi-market brand organisations and align local, EU HQ, and regional teams around a partnership vision Develop tailored acquisition pitches including category analysis, opportunity sizing, and commercial terms Collaborate with category, campaigns, creator, operations,



and policy teams to remove friction and accelerate time-to-first-sale Drive participation in major commercial moments and ensure impactful activation of new accounts Own ongoing account growth for acquired partners and drive sustained GMV growth Build repeatable growth playbooks to scale successful strategies across categories and markets Surface insights and feed back into category strategy, product, and leadership Lead partner participation in campaigns, product launches, and seasonal opportunities across EU markets 5+ years in Operations, Account management, or similar fields Proven track record closing enterprise-level deals or signing major brand partnerships Experience engaging senior stakeholders (C-suite, Directors) and aligning multiple decision-makers Strong commercial acumen with ability to size opportunities, build business cases, negotiate, and drive outcomes using data Understanding of social commerce, content-led commerce, creator ecosystems, livestreaming, and short-video formats Fluency in Italian required Ability to operate in ambiguity and matrixed environments Tik Tok Shop seeks an entrepreneurial Key Account Manager to win and grow premier Home and Living brands across Italy and the EU.
