Contract Details
Full-time (40 hours/week)
Fixed-term contract (11 months) with the possibility of extension subject to organisational needs
Contract period: 1 September ********* July ****
Typical working pattern: Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. Some Saturday work may be required throughout the academic year in line with the academic calendar and school events.
Based across our IH San Donato centre, our IH Milan centre (Corso Lodi) and, where required, at our operational off-site venues in Milan.
The Opportunity




This role offers a balanced combination of classroom teaching and academic leadership. Working closely with the Director of Studies and Academic Management team, you'll support teacher development, maintain high academic standards and contribute to the continued growth of our Young Learner department while continuing to grow professionally as an outstanding classroom practitioner.
Essential Requirements
Significant Young Learner teaching experience
CELTA, Trinity CertTESOL or equivalent
Excellent English (CEFR C2 or equivalent)
A genuine interest in mentoring colleagues and supporting academic quality
The right to work in the EU
