Customer Account Specialist (12 months fixed term contract)

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and building strong customer relationships? We are looking for a Customer Account Specialist to join our Customer Service team. In this role, you will be the key link between our customers and internal teams, ensuring a seamless order-to-delivery experience while contributing to customer satisfaction and business success.
What You'll Do
Manage customer orders throughout the entire order lifecycle
Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and order status
Build andmaintainstrong customer relationships through proactive communication
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensuretimelyandaccurateorder fulfillment
Support issue resolution andidentifysolutions to meet customer needs
Maintain customer data and support customer onboarding activities
Provide customers with updates on deliveries, forecasts, and supply-related matters
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and team success
What We're Looking For
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken is a must
Experience in Customer Service, Customer Operations, Order Management, Supply Chain, or a similar field
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Business, Languages, or a related discipline is an advantage
Strong communicationand relationship-building skills
Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
SAP or ERP experience is an advantage
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
