For our Italian office in Genoa, we are looking for anEMEA HR Specialistto support theEMEA HR Leadin operational and administrative activities related to Human Resources management.
The Role
The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for day-to-day HR activities and will collaborate with employees, managers, and external vendors to ensure the effective management of HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Coordinate recruitment activities, from job posting to interview management.
Support and coordinate training initiatives, including mandatory compliance training and professional development programs.
Assist in the organization and participation in employer branding events, career fairs, and university engagement initiatives.
Coordinate employee benefits administration, including management of the company's subsidized meal service through the designated platform.
Oversee company fleet administration and liaise with external fleet management providers.
Support the collection and preparation of documentation required for payroll processing and personnel administration.
Act as a liaison with external Labour Consultants for administrative, contractual, and regulatory compliance matters.
Provide support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and processes.
Contribute to local and international HR projects, as well as employee engagement initiatives.
Who We Are Looking For
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Humanities, or a related field.
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably within multinational organizations.
Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Familiarity with Zucchetti HR software solutions.
Proactive, flexible, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong ability to work effectively under pressure while meeting deadlines and managing competing priorities.

Indicative salary range
€33,000 - €38,000 gross annual salary, commensurate with the selected candidate's experience and qualifications, plus a variable annual premio.
