### What you will be doing
* Coordinate and support monthly payroll processes.
* Support employees and managers in day-to-day HR-related topics.
* Handle HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle, including contracts,
certificates, master data maintenance, and reference letters.
* Support recruiting activities from job posting to onboarding.
### Your education & experience
* Degree in HR, Business Administration, or similar.
* At least one year of hands-on professional experience in HR and payroll.
* Good English.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Required on-site presence at the office in Cazzago San Martino.
