/p pThis is a hybrid technical role combining on-site service activities with in-house workshop repairs.
The position involves installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing vacuum pumps and related systems (specifically including leak detectors, turbomolecular pumps, rotary vane pumps...) both at customer sites and in the company's local service center.
The balance between field work and in-house repair activities may vary depending on business needs and organizational priorities.
The role contributes directly to customer satisfaction, system uptime, and overall service excellence in alignment with Busch Group high standards.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Field Service Activities /h3 ul liInstall, start up, and commission vacuum pumps and systems at customer facilities.
/li liPerform scheduled and corrective maintenance on?site.
/li liDiagnose technical issues and carry out troubleshooting and repairs.




/li liProvide basic training and technical support to customers during interventions.
/li liDocument service interventions through detailed field reports and update internal systems (SAP, CRM, etc.).
/li /ul h3Workshop Repair Activities /h3 ul liDisassemble, inspect, diagnose, and repair vacuum pumps in the local workshop.
/li liConduct functional tests and final checks before product return.
/li liRecord all repair activities, including parts used and repair scope.
/li liSupport inventory and spare parts handling related to workshop operations.
/li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liTechnical diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation.
/li liAt least 2 years of experience in a similar technical role (field service or workshop).
/li liUnderstanding of vacuum systems or industrial equipment.
/li liGood hands?on skills and ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
/li liIntermediate English (technical) and familiarity with Office suite.
/li liAvailability for frequent travel within Italy and occasionally abroad for training.
/li liValid driving license (Category B).
