Specialista Senior / Project Manager

In this role you will lead project delivery within a structured PM framework to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes. You will work with cross-functional teams in Procurement, Logistics, Assembly and Sales, plus international suppliers, to oversee R&D; and inter-company projects. You will safeguard scope, cost and quality while maintaining robust project documentation and governance. This is a chance to shape projects in the pharmaceutical packaging domain within a global manufacturing group.

- base salary from €40,800 depending on experience

- Apply and enforce the company-wide Project Management Framework, methodology, policy, processes, and tools.
- Validate project scope, time, and cost against the business case or customer contract.
- Identify and engage project stakeholders, including client representatives where applicable.




- Ensure project objectives are met within constraints of budget, time, scope, and quality.
- Coordinate key communications and maintain all project documentation.
- Master's degree in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Automation Engineering
- 3–5 years’ experience in project management in industrial environments and matrix organisations
- Pharmaceutical sector experience is preferred
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent command of English
- Knowledge of SAP (preferred)
- Ability to manage projects independently
- Strong problem-solving, analytical and organisational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
