We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team in Italy.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate the timely and accurate submission of financial reports and planning deliverables.
Support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and monthly performance reviews.
Deliver insightful analysis on revenue, margins, operating expenses, balance sheet performance, and profitability.
Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic and operational decision?making.
Partner closely with commercial, operational, and finance stakeholders across the organization.
Ensure compliance with internal financial processes, controls, and reporting standards.
Support audits, statutory closes, and interactions with shared services and regional finance teams.
Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and financial analysis tools.
G/L account and balance reconciliation,
continuous partnership with Corporate Finance Service, Balance Sheet forecast specifically AR and Liabilities What You'll Bring Education Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience & Skills Strong experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A;), controlling, or business finance.
Advanced analytical capabilities and experience working with large datasets.
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems such as Hyperion or similar platforms.
Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and results orientation.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
