As Logistics Lead Engineer, you drive the design, installation, and ramp-up of automated warehousing within a greenfield site.
You work across global teams to ensure safety, quality, and lean efficiency in logistics automation.
You solve integration challenges between warehouse systems and manufacturing, delivering cost-effective capital projects.

and Quality Management System documents focusing on equipment safety Apply Lean engineering principles to reduce waste and optimize material flow in automated systems Oversee project budget and track expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness of major automation projects Engage in agile problem solving to troubleshoot and eliminate bottlenecks Coach and guidance staff, promoting safety, inclusivity, and cross-functional collaboration Seek continuous improvement through trainings, coaching, and follow-ups Ensure timely delivery of project expectations with a professional approach Automation Project Experience: at least 2 years in development, commissioning, and implementation of automated warehousing solutions (ASRS, AGVs, high-bay storage, conveyors) in food/manufacturing Strong knowledge of machine safety (ISO/OSHA) in automated machinery CAPEX budget administration and Lean engineering experience Results-oriented with problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Fulfillment Center operations experience required Foundational knowledge of logistics, electrical engineering, automation controls (PLCs/SCADA/WMS/WCS), and digital manufacturing operations Cultural leadership and ability to promote an inclusive team environment #J-*****-Ljbffr
