/p h3Purpose Scope /h3 pThe role supports the Head of Finance Care Delivery International Italy by partnering cross-functionally to drive strategic and financial decision-making.
The incumbent will contribute to the development and continuous evaluation of both short- and long-term financial objectives, while providing finance leadership and actionable insights to business and corporate stakeholders.
/p pThe position requires a deep understanding of the business model, market dynamics, and financial data to support business performance, growth initiatives, and operational efficiency across the organization.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Strategic Financial Partnership Business Support /h3 ul liPartner with senior management to strategically enhance financial performance and identify business opportunities.
/li liProvide forward-looking financial decision support through in-depth business analysis and actionable recommendations.
/li liDrive and support strategic growth initiatives within Care Delivery by contributing to short- and long-term business plans, business case modelling, and commercial analysis.
/li liInterpret business performance trends and deliver meaningful commentary on financial results and operational drivers.
/li /ul h3Financial Planning, Reporting Performance Management /h3 ul liLead and support monthly reporting cycles, budgeting, forecasting activities, scenario planning, and risk assessment.
/li liCollaborate with the COE FPA team on budgeting, forecasting, monthly closing activities, and Finance Governance implementation related to reporting and data models.
/li liSupport annual budget and quarterly forecasting processes, leveraging forecasts to influence business outcomes and measure performance against key objectives.
/li liProvide local inputs for actuals, ad hoc reporting, and planning activities, including non-financial KPIs where not available through centralized FPA systems.
/li /ul h3Business Performance Cost Optimization /h3 ul liMonitor and review clinic performance to identify improvement opportunities and support business decisions.
/li liDrive cost management and operational efficiency initiatives, including portfolio management, organizational effectiveness, and operational optimization.
/li liOversee working capital and CAPEX controlling activities.
/li liSupport credit management processes, including oversight and initiative planning.
/li /ul h3Business Case Development Governance /h3 ul liPrepare and review business cases at all stages prior to decision-making meetings.
/li liEnsure strong collaboration with Accounting and other business functions to maintain financial integrity and alignment.
/li liAdvise business units through the interpretation, implementation, and application of company-wide financial policies and processes.
/li liEnsure confidentiality, integrity, and proper handling of sensitive financial information.
/li /ul h3Project Management Team Contribution /h3 ul liManage and contribute to ad hoc financial analyses, projects, and business requests as required.
/li liActively contribute as a key member of the Care Delivery Finance Team.
/li liSupport local financial and administrative activities not covered by COE or GBS structures.
/li /ul h3Requirements Skills /h3 ul liMaster's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
/li liAdditional qualifications such as MBA, CFA, or equivalent are considered a plus.
/li liMinimum 5 years of experience in relevant finance roles, such as FPA, Commercial Finance, or Business Finance.
/li liExcellent knowledge of english language /li liProven ability to partner with senior leadership and influence decision-making through strong financial acumen and business insight.
/li liStrong analytical capabilities, with the ability to apply finance expertise to broader commercial and operational challenges.
/li liDemonstrated experience in business planning and financial modelling to support strategic initiatives.
/li liExcellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
/li liExperience collaborating effectively with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
/li liComfortable navigating ambiguity and making sound decisions in fast-paced, agile, and high-growth environments.
/li liStrong ability to work independently, manage pressure, and prioritize effectively.
