- 1、Responsible for the installation, commissioning, repair, and maintenance of energy storage systems on site.
- 2、Address technical issues on-site in a timely manner to ensure reliable operation and minimize downtime.
- 3、Provide technical support to customers, answer questions about the equipment, and deliver necessary training.
- 4、Collaborate closely with the technical support team and R&D; department to feedback on-field issues and suggest improvements.
- 5、Continuously follow up on customer after-sales service requirements to improve customer satisfaction.
- 6、Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and company safety standards when performing any on-site work.
Requirements：
- 1、in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields.
- 2、At least 3 years of experience in the power industry or with high/low voltage systems, with preference for those with energy storage experience.
- 3、Hands-on experience with equipment installation, commissioning, and maintenance, preferably familiar with energy storage systems.
- 4、Solid understanding of electrical systems, particularly energy storage systems and their principles.
- 5、 Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, capable of working in high/low voltage environments.
- 6、Excellent communication and customer service skills, able to work efficiently under pressure.
- 7、 Relevant electrical or high voltage operation certifications are preferred. xrdbqlu
