We are currently hiring Italian-speaking Customer Support Advisors for a leading international technology company based in Lisbon, Portugal.
This is a great opportunity for candidates currently living in Italy who are interested in relocating to Portugal while working remotely from within the country.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (remote within Portugal)

Responsibilities
Provide support to customers via phone, email, and chat




Assist users with product-related questions and technical issues
Deliver high-quality customer service with empathy and professionalism
Troubleshoot problems and find effective solutions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements
Fluency in Italian and good English level
Strong communication and problem-solving xysqume skills
Customer-oriented mindset
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Schedule
Monday to Saturday (rotational shifts) or Monday to Friday
08:*******:00
2 days off per week (Sunday + 1 rotational day)
Schedules may vary depending on project available.
