System Hardware Integrator – Aerospace (Rome)
Responsibilities
Integrate hardware into defense systems (aircraft, weapon systems, command & control)
Mount, dismount, and test components to validate system engineer requirements
Validate defense systems with laboratory instrumentation
Perform software integration (30 % of activity) for embedded systems
Manage project technical documentation
Collaborate with system engineers to optimize solutions
Analyze and troubleshoot hardware problems
Support qualification and certification activities
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications or related field
1 + year experience as a hardware systems integrator
In-depth knowledge of laboratory instrumentation (oscilloscopes, multimeters)
Italian language C2 level, English intermediate
Team-oriented, adaptable to a dynamic environment
Preferred experience in defense or aerospace systems
Preferred knowledge of Python and Linux scripting
Ability to read electronic schematics and technical documentation
Precision and attention to detail in critical contexts
Flexibility and problem-solving mindset
