We are seeking an experienced and passionateRestaurant Managerto lead an upscaleItalian fine dining conceptlocated within a prestigious5-star luxury property in Dubai.
This role is ideal for a dynamic hospitality professional who thrives in a luxury environment and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and strong team leadership.

Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service standards aligned with luxury hospitality benchmarks
Deliver an exceptional guest dining experience, maintaining the highest levels of service quality and guest satisfaction
Manage and lead a diverse team, including recruitment, training, performance management, and motivation
Maintain strict quality control of food, beverage, and service standards
Collaborate with the Head Chef to ensure authenticItalian cuisine offeringsand menu excellence
Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, upselling, and cost control initiatives
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, P&L;, and cost management
Ensure full compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, health & safety standards
Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution
Build strong relationships with guests, fostering loyalty and repeat business




RequirementsMinimum3–5 years of experienceas a Restaurant Manager infine dining or luxury hospitality environments
Proven experience inItalian cuisine conceptsis highly preferred
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Solid understanding of restaurant financials and cost control
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end dining environment
Strong knowledge ofItalian dining service styles, cuisine, and cultureis advantageous
Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest satisfaction and operational performance
Experience working within5-star hotels, luxury resorts, or standalone fine dining restaurantsis preferred
Candidates currently based in the UAE are encouraged to apply;relocation support will be provided for suitable candidates applying from outside the UAE
