ResponsibilitiesManage commercial and contractual matters throughout the project lifecycle, including EPC, consortium, subcontract and supplier agreements.
Support contract negotiations, procurement activities and contract administration, ensuring compliance and effective change management.
Identify, assess and manage commercial risks, claims and contractual disputes, developing strategies to protect the company's interests.
Coordinate contractual correspondence, project documentation, reporting, guarantees, insurance and payment-related activities.
Advise project teams and stakeholders on commercial and contractual matters, supporting successful project execution and close-out.
RequirementsUniversity degree in Engineering, Law or a related field, with knowledge of Italian contract law.
Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in contract and commercial management within EPC and turnkey industrial projects.
Strong knowledge of standard contract forms (e.g. FIDIC, IChemE), subcontracting and service agreements.
Solid negotiation, claims management and commercial risk assessment skills, with the ability to draft contractual documentation in Italian and English.
Fluent in Italian and English, with a proactive, solution-oriented and independent working approach.
