Experteer OverviewIn this role you will serve as the technical expert for process chemistry, design, and manufacturing technologies to support safe, reliable operations.
You'll lead scale-up, tech transfers, and new product introductions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and efficiency.
You will drive continuous improvement, support capital projects from concept to start-up, and champion process safety and risk management.

Retribuzione / BenefitsAct as technical lead for process chemistry, design bases, and control systems to enable safe and efficient operations
Lead or support new product introductions, technology transfers, and scale-up activities into manufacturing
Provide technical leadership for complex manufacturing issues, root-cause investigations, and systemic problems affecting safety, quality, yield, or productivity
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost process performance, reduce costs, and improve reliability
Lead or support Lean Six Sigma projects with business cases, charters, and economic evaluations
Support capital projects from concept through start-up with process designs, PFDs/P&IDs;, process simulations, and safety reviews
Collaborate with project teams, operations, R&D;, and business units to standardize manufacturing technologies and best practices
Participate in Process Safety Management activities, including PSI and PHA, as well as MOC, PSSR, and HAZOP studies
Provide training and coaching to operations and engineering teams to optimize equipment performance and process capability
Act as a technical liaison across functions to support strategic objectives and future technology development
Responsabilità xysqumeEngineering degree, 5+ years in a hazardous manufacturing environment
Working knowledge of country Health and Safety legislation
Experience with Computer Maintenance Management Systems
Continuous Improvement and Change Management skills
Project Management skills
Strong communication skills and assertiveness
Italian and English proficiency
