Your RoleDefine validation concepts for controller-based ICs
Develop comprehensive test plans based on requirements
Lead the design of validation test benches
Test and verify embedded controllers, including Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) testing and firmware validation
Document defects and compliance metrics in an automated way to maintain quality standards
Your ProfileDegree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
5+ years of experience with embedded systems,



specifically ARM Cortex-M MCUs
Strong foundations in embedded C/C++, MATLAB or Python
Hardware debugging skills using oscilloscopes and multimeters
Experience in automated test scripting with Python
Fluency in English (mandatory)
Location: Pavia, Italy
Indicative Salary Range: *****€ - *****€ per year.
The stated salary comprises base pay and target variable compensation.
The starting salary is determined using objective, gender-neutral criteria, including relevant experience and role scope; prior compensation is not requested or considered.
