Strategic Analyst - maternity leave (1 year contract)

We are seeking a motivated Strategic Analyst to join ALTEN in Italy and support our Managing Director in driving the company’s business strategy. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, contribute to strategic initiatives, and develop a deep understanding of international business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate directly with the Managing Director, participating in strategic meetings and supporting daily operations (e.g., preparing meeting materials, collecting feedback, and developing action plans).

Organize and coordinate management meetings, including agenda preparation, presentation management, and speaker coordination.

Track decisions from committee meetings and ensure follow-up actions align with company objectives.

Monitor projects and initiatives led by local business directors to implement the Regional Director’s strategy.





Develop and analyze ad‑hoc reports and KPIs to support data‑driven decision‑making.

Work with business directors to optimize processes and foster cross‑regional collaboration.

What We’re Looking For

Education: Master’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.

Languages: Fluent English and Italian (required); French is a plus.

Skills

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Proactive mindset with a willingness to explore new initiatives.

Adaptability to work in a multicultural environment.

Experience in roles related to business analysis, finance, management, or auditing.
