Summary Rome Marriott Park Hotel, part of the world’s leading hospitality brands, seeks a dynamic, customer‑focused Reactive Sales Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities Respond to telephone inquiries and requests for group business and corporate meetings in a timely manner, defining meeting specifics.
Convert options and tentative proposals to definitive commitments by anticipating customer needs and ensuring all measures for securing the booking are exhausted.
Complete handover of group file to the Event team, ensuring follow‑up with the client within 24 hours of turnover.
Suggest positive alternatives and ensure that booked business stays within hotel parameters.
Follow up timely on all pending, option, and tentative business to convert to definites.
Prepare contracts, BEOs and other related booking tools, and prepare all sales documentation accurately.




Assist with customer site inspections for group business in Option or Tentative mode.
Assist in other areas as directed by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with international touristic companies.
Excellent English (B2) both verbal and written.
Good proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Experience with Fidelio OPERA system.
