pAs E-Commerce Associate, you will be part of WW E-commerce team, supporting the daily operational management of the website across markets.
/ppYou will work closely with the E-commerce teams, ensuring accurate online catalogue settings, product presentation, sales and stock monitoring, and smooth execution of operational activities across markets.
/ppThe position is based in Rome.
/ph3Job responsibilities: /h3ulliAct as a key operational player within the WW E-commerce team, ensuring the flawless execution of product go-lives and day-to-day platform readiness across markets.
/liliMaintain and update key operational documents, trackers and shared files, ensuring the team has access to clear, accurate and up-to-date information.
/liliSupport the execution of recurring operational tasks aimed at guaranteeing website excellence, through constant and detailed checks on product visibility, settings, content and online presentation.
/liliAct as first-level support for troubleshooting and checks on online products, including settings, images, descriptions, categorization and product visibility, supporting regional teams.
/liliSupport the effective execution of product launches, collection drops and commercial activations, working closely with zones,



E-merchandising and Site Management teams to ensure successful go-lives /liliSupport sales and stock monitoring activities, contributing to weekly and monthly dashboards, recurring business updates and ad-hoc analysis /liliConduct regular competitor benchmarks on product presentation, category experience, online assortment and commercial activations /liliMonitor online catalogue consistency across markets, identifying potential issues and coordinating with the relevant teams to ensure timely resolution /li /ulh3Profile: /h3ulli1+ years of experience, ideally on E-commerce, Digital or Retail position within Fashion Luxury industry /liliDegree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields /liliStrong interest in E-commerce, online client experience and Fashion Luxury industry /liliProactive, hands-on and willing to work directly on operational systems and tools /liliStrong organization skills and prioritization capacity combined with analytical skills /liliE-commerce platform (e.g. Salesforce) understanding, technical skills related to website functions (e.g. HTML) would be a plus /liliAnalytics and Microsoft Office, Salesforce and PBI would be a plus /li /ul #J-*****-Ljbffr
