Who you areYou are a passionateBusiness Developerwhose main responsibility will be increasing our ability toreach prospects and maintaining a long-term pipeline.
You will be focused on prospecting, engaging in lead management, and collaborating in structuring our offerings.
You will work together with our founders and the sales and marketing team in reaching our sales goals, and with the rest of the team (delivery and technical experts) ondeveloping offer proposalsthat detail products or services that meet client needs, outlining pricing information and terms of sale.
You will collaborate in conducting prospecting activities toidentify potential clientsand determine their needs, as well as follow through by making new connections within our existing client portfolio to discover new business opportunities.
Ideally, you will be engaged on a freelance, tempo parziale contract for 1 or 2 days per week.
You have goodclient relations experiencethat will help you discuss their business needs, manage cold contacts, and deal with lead management and sales processes.
You have worked withtoolssuch as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs, and Notion.
You have experience working in sales with startups or small-sized companies in thecomputer software,ICT, ortech consultingfields.




You have a good knowledge of thesoftware marketand its dynamics and you arepassionate about software and IT productsand have a good understanding of technical topics.
You can leverage vertical skills in engineering andsoftware productdevelopment (these are not required, but they are assets if you have them).
You speakItalianfluently andEnglishproficiently.

Do you have full-remote positions?
Not exactly.
Being together has always been part of Buildo's DNA.
However, we have a hybrid remote work policy that considers our team's and the company's needs.
Employees are required to be physically present only on specific occasions, such as project days (one day a week dedicated to the main project the person is working on), Buildo days (one day a month), and on-site weeks (two weeks a year).
Additionally, we have introduced Remote Months, which allows our employees to work remotely for two months a year.
This initiative allows our team members to spend time with their families or work from other locations across the globe.
Do you provide body rental service to your clients?
We do not provide body rental services to our clients.
Building a high-performing development team is crucial for creating successful software products.
To achieve this, we take numerous steps to nurture a team that can realize your vision, from recruiting the right talent to cultivating a positive team culture.
Therefore, we prefer establishing impactful, long-term partnerships through project-based collaborations rather than providing body rental services.
Speaking Italian is necessary if you are considering a position at Buildo, as it is the primary language used within the company, even though we use English extensively with our international clients.
Knowledge of Italian is optional only for collaboration roles.
