ppMcDermott Laboratories Limited /ph3Key responsibilities for this role include: /h3ulliSupport effective global Project Team meetings that provide a forum for communication, removing obstacles and resolving issues.
/liliEnsure meeting deliverables and agreements are carried out.
/liliLead the team development of the project timeline and budget with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.
/liliMaintain, monitor and report project progress and perform updates to timelines and budget.
/liliCommunicate difficult concepts to ensure team members understand and are aligned with project goal and objectives, project plan, critical path and potential critical path activities.
/liliEnsure project deliverables are completed on time, on budget, and to agreed upon quality.
/liliCoordinate and compile global project scope documents and plans.
/liliWork with project team members to assure that the sub-teams are aligned and that functions are applying resources as necessary to accomplish the sub-teams' goals.
Impacts the achievement of project objectives.
/liliWork with project team to identify project risks and create mitigation plans.
Leads others to solve complex problems.
/liliRaise potential issues to Project Team Leader and Team for resolution.
/liliDevelop and implement Integrated Development Plan to support the approve Project Strategy.
/liliEnsure alignment of functional goals with relevant Project Team Goals.
Includes relevant PT goals in individual goals.
/liliPerform other duties as assigned.
/li /ulh3The minimum qualifications for this role are: /h3ulliMinimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 7-10 years of experience.
However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
A Master's degree (or equivalent) and 5 years of pharmaceutical development experience preferred.
PMP certification a plus but not required.
/liliMust possess knowledge of pharmaceutical development programs including basic understanding of clinical and CMC development, commercial principles and health authority requirements.
/liliMust possess Project Management skills such as development of timelines, identification of critical path, budget management, pharmaceutical risk analysis and mitigation, strong communication skills, driver of team activity required.
/liliAbility to read and interpret complex business and/or technical documents.
Ability to write comprehensive reports and detailed business correspondence.
Ability to work with managers or directors and communicate ambiguous concepts.
Ability to present to groups across the organization.
/liliPosition functions semi-autonomously.
/liliProficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.
