Responsible for customer retention, company and product acceptance
Perform demonstrations and conduct instrument installations
Solve customers' clinical application problems
Provide training for our customers
Provide technical applications support to Sales Representatives
Monitor customer satisfaction targets
Requirements
Master Degree in Biomedical or equivalent
Microbiology Master Degree is preferable
2+ years clinical laboratory experience or equivalent
Open to travel up to 85% of the time
Good communication and interpersonal skills both in English and xysqume Italian
Able to work autonomously, being a team player
Certifications & Qualifications
Master Degree in Biomedical
Master Degree in Microbiology
