pEphos seeks a Process Engineer specializing in glass panel manufacturing to own, optimize, and scale glass etching processes.
You will bridge RD and mass production, ensuring optical, structural, and cosmetic standards while maximizing yield and throughput.
/ppYou will lead process development, monitor SPC, conduct DoE studies, and collaborate with vendors to tune baths, sprays, and plasma/laser parameters.
Full-time lab presence required; remote not considered.
