About the role ElevenLabs is seeking a high-performing sales leader to expand our footprint within the largest enterprises in Italy.
You will serve as a primary advisor to C-suite executives, helping them integrate our conversational AI and voice agent platforms into their core business operations.

What you'll do
Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts within the Italian market, specifically targeting Financial Services, Insurance, Telecommunications, Healthcare, and Utilities.
Prospect and identify new business opportunities where our conversational AI and ElevenAgents platform can improve operational efficiency and customer engagement.
Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial contact to contract, building business cases that demonstrate clear ROI for senior leadership.
Navigate intricate procurement and legal frameworks typical of large Italian organizations.
Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, FDEs, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful deployment and long-term account growth.
Provide expert guidance to clients on the evolving landscape of generative AI, voice interfaces,
and virtual agents.
Requirements
Minimum of 7 years of experience in quota-carrying strategic sales within the SaaS or technology sectors.
Demonstrated success in closing long, complex deals involving business, legal, IT, and procurement stakeholders.
Established professional network within the Italian enterprise market, including existing relationships at the C-suite and board level.
Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to product and engineering leadership.
Native or full professional proficiency in Italian and strong English language skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment where you must build processes and iterate rapidly.
Nice to have
Prior experience selling AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms.
