Job Summary:
The Double Quick Deli Manager plays a key role in leading deli operations and ensuring all company standards, policies, and food safety regulations are met.
This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and customer-focused environment, managing inventory and food costs, and fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
The Deli Manager supports Refuel's mission by delivering quality products, exceptional service, and strong financial performance.

Job Duties And Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team that delivers friendly, efficient, and high-quality service.
Oversee all deli operations, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
Manage inventory levels, ordering, and waste control to meet company and financial goals.
Analyze sales and financial data to identify opportunities and improve profitability.
Ensure food quality, freshness, and proper product presentation at all times.
Recruit, train, and coach team members to achieve performance and service standards.
Schedule and supervise deli staff to ensure adequate coverage and operational efficiency.
Maintain vendor relationships and verify order accuracy and product quality.
Support a clean, safe, and compliant work environment by conducting regular inspections.
Model professional behavior, uphold company policies, and perform additional duties as needed.
Adhere to the Company's established policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
