About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in Milan. You will play a key role in expanding our network by partnering with high-quality restaurants and local businesses.

Location: Milan - Main Office Engagement: FullTime Compensation: €35,200 - €44,000 OTE per year (Base salary: €17,200 - €26,000) Team: Regional Sales Team

What you'll do

- Identify, contact, and sign up new restaurant partners within your assigned region.
- Maintain deep knowledge of the local food scene to prioritize high-demand restaurant targets.
- Guide new partners through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition to our platform.
- Engage with potential clients via in-person meetings, phone calls, emails, and social media.
- Address partner concerns and resolve objections during the sales cycle.
- Represent the company at industry events and food-focused gatherings.

Requirements

- Proven background in sales and a track record of acquiring new business.




- Ability to manage professional relationships through various communication channels.
- Experience presenting product value and industry insights to prospective clients.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Tenacity and a proactive approach to hitting targets.

Nice to have

- Prior experience or specific knowledge regarding the restaurant industry.

- This role is governed by the CCNL Commercio e Terziario, Classification Level 4.
