Etinars is seeking an IT Support Engineer – End-User & Workstation Services to join our Rome team. The role focuses on on-site and remote support for end users across Europe, handling devices, peripherals, and conferencing tools, while maintaining documentation and knowledge base articles.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of hands-on IT support experience, strong Windows OS and Office 365 skills, and familiarity with Entra ID, Intune, Defender, and Polycom devices.
