We are looking for talented and committed Engineers to play a Production Supervisor role in one of our plants located in Abruzzo
Supervisor is responsible for the achievement of daily production program with the highest level of Safety, Quality, Costs and Environment.
Supervisor is also responsible for driving continuous improvement activities and ensures the highest skills development.
Reporting to the Shift Manager of the Production Unit he/she is in charge, he/she is responsible for managing Team Leaders and line operators for the segment of the production line he is responsible for.
He/She is responsible for all indicators in his production area: quality, safety, production, people; he will monitor, analyze, and define efficiency strategies, including through deployment to his team leaders and through continuous improvement projects, in collaboration with supporting bodies (process managers, plant managers...)
He/She works in the morning from 5.45 am to 1.45 pm or from 2.15 pm to 10.15 pm on alternate weeks,
in accordance with the assigned production shifts
He/she is responsible for:
- Management of Resources
- Safety
- Quality Control
- Work place organization
- Autonomous Maintenance
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experiences:
- 1/3 years of experience in the specific or similar roles in a manufacturing plant is a plus
- Analytical approach
- Sense of responsibility;
- Ability to learn and to work under pressure;
- Sense of initiative;
- Technical knowledge of production Press Processes and Products;
- Good leadership skills
Offer
- Salary range: from 36 K€ to 42 K€, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements
- Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL - CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area.
