Purpose & Mission: Why do we need this position
The role supports daily logistics operations, including inbound, outbound, and internal flows, while monitoring order status to ensure On Time and In Full delivery and coordinating shipments and follow‑ups. The role will coordinate logistic and warehouse team.
The position assists with inventory monitoring, stock accuracy checks, backorder management, and maintains accurate logistics data within ERP systems, also supporting warehouse activities such as picking, packing, and inventory counts.
Working cross‑functionally with Planning, Production, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams,
the role supports logistics KPI reporting while operating in full compliance with ADAPA quality, safety, and operational excellence standards.
He/she will report to the site manager and in functional line to the Regional Supply Chain Manager West
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily logistics operations (inbound, outbound, internal flows)
- Monitor order status to support On‑Time and In‑Full delivery
- Assist in shipment coordination and delivery follow‑up
- Support inventory level monitoring and stock accuracy checks
- Assist in managing backorders and past‑due orders
- Prepare basic logistics reports and KPI updates
- Collaborate with Planning, Production, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams
- Support warehouse activities (picking, packing, inventory counts)
- Ensure compliance with logistics procedures, safety, and quality standards
Required Qualifications & Experience (select)
- High school degree
- Leadership skills, strong team management and development, result-oriented,
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong initiative, ownership of duties and responsibilities,
- Goals oriented person, solution provide,
- Basic knowledge of logistics and supply‑chain processes
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles
- preferred based in <30km from Forlì
