4flow Management in Melfi, Italy is seeking a Coordinator Operations to manage transportation coordination and processing for a Specialists team across up to three plants. You will ensure prioritization, uphold standards, and support the team to meet daily targets.

You will act as the first escalation point for customer matters, document processes, lead weekly status calls, and drive knowledge sharing inside and outside the team, including side projects and hyper care follow-ups.
