QVC Group Italy is seeking a Digital Store E-Commerce Personalization Specialist to lead personalization across web and app experiences, driving conversion and digital performance. This role is hybrid, requiring office presence in Brugherio (MB) several days per month, and is a full‑time permanent position.

You will own end‑to‑end personalization initiatives, coordinate tests with cross‑functional teams, and support onsite voucher campaigns via Uniqodo.
