- Provide organizational support for Faculty, crafting course experiences that resonate (e.g., course calendars, schedules, syllabi, communications to participants, etc.).
- Deliver an outstanding participant experience, ensuring a positive journey throughout the Program.
- Manage teaching materials and the Program’s e-learning platform, ensuring content quality and timely updates.
- Coordinate and oversee company visits, study tours, seminars and course‑related events.
- Manage course evaluation procedures and analyze feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate effectively with central services such as Marketing, Administration and Logistics to ensure smooth Program delivery.
Requirements
- Master’s degree.
- 3–4 years of professional experience in education management, program coordination, training, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Italian and English.
- International exposure through study, work, or other relevant experiences abroad.
- Strong digital mindset and advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital learning platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with a people‑oriented mindset.
- Proactive problem solver, able to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
- Team player with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong service orientation and customer‑centric approach.
