RINA is seeking a Fleet Performance Compliance Engineer in Genova to monitor vessel performance and ensure regulatory compliance within the Marine Compliance, Classification & Statutory Certification division.

You will analyze Port State and Flag State inspections, gather fleet data, and collaborate with senior engineers to drive corrective actions and improved safety and efficiency across the fleet.
