Responsibilities

- Food Preparation: Prepare ingredients, from peeling and chopping vegetables to measuring and mixing ingredients, ensuring everything is ready for service.
- Assisting in Cooking: Work alongside experienced chefs, assist in cooking and plating dishes, and ensure each dish meets quality standards.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Keep the kitchen tidy, clean and store equipment properly, and maintain a ready workstation.
- Stock Management: Check and store deliveries, ensuring all ingredients are fresh, labeled, and stored according to safety standards.
- Learning and Development: Learn from the kitchen team, hone skills, and expand culinary knowledge daily.
- Adhering to Health and Safety Standards: Follow all health, hygiene, and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate clearly and assist teammates to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Continuous Improvement: Seek opportunities to learn new techniques, take on new tasks, and grow in the role.

Qualifications

- Fluent in English & Italian is a must.
- 1+ years of hospitality experience is a plus.




- A genuine passion for cooking and a desire to pursue a career in the culinary arts.
- Basic culinary skills, with a willingness to learn and develop further.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in food preparation and presentation.
- The ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

- A commitment to maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
