Orienta SpA – Società Benefit filiale di Venezia-Mestre is hiring a BARISTA BANCONISTA for a key client in the Travel Retail sector at the Venice Marco Polo airport.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and sell food and beverages.
- Manage and organize the point of sale operations.
- Provide customer and client service.
- Handle cash operations.

Qualifications

- Previous training in the food service sector or experience as a barista or cashier.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Excellent relational and communication skills.
- Flexible schedule with availability for shift work, including night shifts.
- Must have a car or motorcycle to reach the workplace.

Compensation & Benefits

- Initial fixed term placement with the possibility of long‑term stabilization.
- CCNL Pubblici Esercizi e Turismo – 5º livello.
- Full‑time (40 hrs) or part‑time (24‑30 hrs)



shifts from Monday to Sunday, rotating between 03:00 – 23:00; no split shift.
- Salary proportional to hours worked, plus additional pay for holiday, night, and overtime work.
- Quarterly (14th month) premio.
- Monthly gross salary (full‑time): €800‑€1,200; duty pay (bar): €1,000‑€1,500.
- Free breakfast and parking; active agreements with mensa service.
- Structured continuous training programs.
