Smartbox is seeking a Business Development Manager in Milan to identify and approach potential partners for our experience portfolio. You will conduct market research, manage the end-to-end sales process, and onboard partners, aiming to meet KPIs like contract volume and partner quality.

Salary is competitive with a £28,5k–£30k gross annual range plus a 20% annual premio. Remote work policy allows 2 days per week, with opportunities in hotels, restaurants, and activity providers.
