We’re on the lookout for a creative and driven Retail Visibility Intern to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Bring creative ideas for visual merchandising and in‑store activation initiatives ;
- Conduct analysis to identify trends and best practices in retail visibility and merchandising;
- Contribute to retail experience planning , ensuring that product displays and store layouts create a seamless and engaging customer journey;
- Help create reports and presentations for the retail visibility team;
- Support ad hoc projects related to merchandising and trade marketing.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Design, or a related field ;
- Young, creative, and enthusiastic mindset;
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
- Fluent in Italian and in English (both written and spoken) ;
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is a plus.
- Prior experience in retail, merchandising, or marketing is a plus but not required.
