Support Planning Intern- Transportation Team

Location: Agordo, IT

Your role

Support Planning Department

Main responsibilities

- Support the planning and coordination of both outbound and inbound transportation activities, ensuring efficiency and service quality.
- Assist in the daily management of transport operations through SAP Transport Cockpit.
- Prepare and manage invoicing processes, along with all required documentation for extra-EU shipments.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operational flows.
- Contribute to reporting activities, leveraging Excel to analyze data and monitor performance.

Main requirements

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.




- Master's Degree in Economics, Engineering or a related field.
- Genuine interest in transportation and logistics.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- A graduate with a degree in a relevant field.
- Highly detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills.
- A team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel.
