Job Title and Location

BADANTE CONVIVENTE H24 – Mariano Comense (CO)

Overview

We are looking for a live-in caregiver to assist a 90‑year‑old male for 24/7 care.

Profile of the Person Being Assisted

- Male, 90 years old, weight about 85 kg
- Living alone, no pets
- Cardiac and respiratory problems
- Reduced mobility, uses a walker
- Independent in feeding (eats individually prepared meals)
- No known allergies

Responsibilities

- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Accompany frequent bathroom visits
- Provide personal hygiene aid
- Prepare meals
- Ensure general supervision and presence
- Support nighttime care using absorbent pad
- Follow daily routine (wake at 07:00, etc.)

Contract and Compensation

Contract: Live‑in level CS, indefinite after successful probation period.

Monthly net salary: €1200,78 base




€120,80 thirteenth month (prorated monthly)
€150 for weekend work
Total monthly: €1921,58
Other benefits: TFR, holidays and statutory holidays separate.

Requirements

- Experience caring for elderly people
- Reliability, patience, and attentiveness
- Availability for live‑in duty
