The Luxury Collection in Milan is seeking a Guest Experience Expert / Front Desk Agent. This full‑time role spans front desk and guest services, reporting to the Front Desk Manager. Schedule is five days per week, with two days off, starting dates likely late August.

You will manage check‑ins/outs, billing in Opera, Bonvoy enrollment, and inter‑department coordination to ensure a seamless guest experience. English and Italian language skills are essential, plus prior front office exposure.
