Italy Indirect Procurement Internship

Start Date: October 2026 | 6 months | Milan

Your Role

We are looking for a young talented person to join our Indirect Procurement team in managing multiple procurement categories at national and international level.

Responsibilities

- Drive budget analysis on specific categories.
- Cooperate with internal stakeholders to promote alignment and achievement of business objectives.
- Manage negotiation with suppliers and keep the database up to date.
- Contribute to day-to-day procurement activities, ensuring a flawless PTP process and establishing routines for continuous improvement.
- Support sourcing activities of the indirect goods and/or services for Corporate and Italian Affiliate.

Qualifications

- Background in Economics, Management Engineering, Political Science or similar.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Proactive and able to handle multiple projects at a time.




- Pay attention to detail and demonstrate ability to set priorities.
- Organized and responsive to internal and external customer requests.
- Good command of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel).
